The Burke Soil Conservation District has selected Robert and Elizabeth Casteel as our 2007 Achievement Award Winner.

Bob and Liz will be honored at the North Dakota Association of Soil Conservation Districts annual convention November 18-20 in Bismarck.

Bob and Liz will receive a 16x20 framed aerial photograph of their farm.  A second photograph will be placed in the traveling Soil Conservation Achievement Awards Program Exhibit where it will be displayed at the ND State Fair and several shopping centers for the next year.  The photograph will then be removed from the exhibit and placed in the Burke Soil Conservation District office “Hall of Fame”.
